As you know a lot of changes are being put into place and we are trying to adapt just as everyone is.  Our office hours for reservations at this time will be from 9 am to 5 pm daily.  If you have any questions that our website www.artesianlakes.com does not provide or if you would like to book a stay, please call during our new office hours or leave a message including your name number and time of the call and we will get back to you as soon as possible. To adhere to mandated social distancing regulations for our guests as well as our employees, paperless booking, check-in, and check-out will be in effect.

Contact-free check-in

On the day of your check-in, we will send you an email with the following information.

• A four-digit code that will open the entry gate upon your arrival
• A map of the property with directions from Hospitality House to the cabin you have reserved, marked in red
• Either a code that will open the door to your accommodation OR Instructions on where to pick up a key (if the accommodation uses an entry key)
• The phone number of a staff member that can assist you in case there is a need
