Sycamore Meeting Room
This conference style meeting room accommodates 30 people, 60 people in theater style seating.
This meeting room is equipped with a bright, 3000 lumen LCD projector with VGA, DVI and HDMI inputs, a large 120″ projector screen, stereo sound system, CD player and a DVD player as well as a speaker phone.
Cypress Room
Our smaller, upscale conference room ideal for groups of up to eight guests and is equipped with leather chairs, white board, small projector screen for use with portable projectors and speaker phone.
Sassafras / Loblolly
Our largest conference / banquet room will accommodate 70 people conference style, or 100 people with theater style seating. The two ajoining rooms, Sassafras and Loblolly, can be divided with a retractable air-wall.
Sassafras is equipped with a new Sharp 3D ready 3000 lumen DLP projector with VGA and HDMI inputs, a large 150″ projector screen, stereo sound system and a DVD player as well as a speaker phone.
Maple Room
This meeting room, located off of Hilltop Restaurant’s main dining room, accommodates 25 people and is perfect for lunch or dinner meetings.
